 Reiki is an ancient, simple and natural technique for deep relaxation and hands-on healing. It is pronounced Ray-Key and is made up from two Japanese words "Rei" meaning "universal" and "Ki" meaning "life force".

Reiki is a high level energy and is an energy of the heart, not the mind, and helps to rebalance the physical body, cleans the mind, calms the emotions and reawakens our connection with our spirituality. The more energy we channel, the greater the power we have for creating the life we want and helping to co-create the world we want in our life.
